Our impact is clear: after engaging with us, the percentage of individuals who believe their actions can create positive change rises from less than half to over 75%. Additionally, we see a 38% decline in the belief that violence is necessary to achieve one’s goals, helping people build the future they truly want.

Funding Commitments:
Where our money comes from
Our institutional Funding comes from a diverse range of grants, cooperation agreements, and contracts
in 2024, about 95% of our annual income came from restricted and semi-restricted institutional sources. In order to create a more stable and sustainable funding model, we recently kicked off an ambitious multiyear campaign aimed at diversifying our revenue sources and securing $35 million over five years from private individuals and foundations.
Financial resilience and long-term sustainability is a key priority backed by the Board of Directors. Throughout the last several years, we have maintained strong monthly donor revenue, demonstrating a steady stream of unrestricted funding from over 5,000 private households.
