This resource pack for facilitators was developed as part of the CyberGuardians Project in Sri Lanka, funded by USAID from March 2019 to March 2020. This two-part resource pack provides a comprehensive compilation of the methodologies, tools and resources used in the Cyber Guardians programme. The first part of the resource pack contains the training module for the three day residential Social Media Boot Camps that were focused on training regional youth who are interested in learning about responsible use of social media. This document is the second part of the resource pack, which documents the process taken in engaging and building capacities of the National Champions.
