A cross-sectoral toolkit innovatively merging three distinct, but related, fields of practice, including Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE), Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR), and Screening, Prosecution, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration (SPRR), as well as concrete experiences, successes, and lessons learned from practitioners across Northern Nigeria to provide peacebuilders with a variety of tools, methodologies, examples, and techniques, rooted in conflict transformation principles, to address the diverse forms of violent extremism across Northern Nigeria. The toolkit is also relevant for practitioners working on violent extremism and farmer herder conflict globally.
