Wednesday, May 26th, 11 am ET

In this inaugural edition of Common Ground Book Club, meet Dr. Peter T. Coleman—a renowned author, professor at Columbia University, and leading expert on how to bring people together across divides.

Join us on Wednesday, May 26th at 11 am ET for an early look at Coleman’s new book, set for release next month: The Way Out: How to Overcome Toxic Polarization. For years, Coleman has studied the psychology of conflict—understanding what drives people apart and how to connect them again. He is a professor of psychology and education at Columbia University, where he holds a joint appointment at Teachers College and the Earth Institute, and Director of the Morton Deutstch International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution.

Join us for an intimate conversation on how to break free from the cycle of mutual contempt in order to better our lives, relationships, and country.
