Ethiopia
The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia is the second-most populous country in Sub-Saharan Africa, and one of the poorest in the region. It suffered intense droughts and famines, and prolonged conflicts in the 20th century. Since 2011, we have provided assistance in the Amhara region, using interactive tools such as radio, participatory theatre, comic books and mobile cinema to promote inclusive dialogue.
