Regional Director, West Africa

Quentin has 12 years of experience in managing programs across Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Caribbean. He has occupied leadership positions for UNICEF, ACTED and most recently with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) as Team Leader for West Africa and the Sahel. A French-Turkish citizen, Quentin is fluent in French, English, Turkish and Spanish. He has a specific expertise in the continuum of emergency, recovery and development realms including resilience and risk reduction as well as in high-level advocacy. He holds degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and the University of Quebec.
