David Broza is internationally renowned for creating a multi-cultural blend of flamenco and salsa-tinged folk rock. He has produced 23 albums in Spanish, English and Hebrew, many of them gold, platinum and multi-platinum. Broza was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, and his song Together was the theme song for UNICEF’s 50th anniversary celebration. In 2004 he created, with Palestinian musician Said Murad, the theme song In My Heart for SFCG’s television documentary Shape of the Future. The song was widely played on Israeli and Palestinian radio.

SFCG is dedicated to transforming the way the world responds to conflict, away from adversarial approaches and toward creative collaboration. It is 25 years old, has headquarters in Washington and Brussels, and has offices in 17 countries throughout the world, including the United States. SFCG was one of the sponsors of the recent Madrid 15 conference, which reconvened the participants in the 1992 Madrid Peace Accord to re-energize Middle East peace talks. SFCG is currently co-producing Haifa Hope, a TV drama series to be aired in Israel that features a hospital staffed and used by Israelis and Arabs alike. Other projects in the Middle East include co-production of several Palestinian TV series and sponsorship of the Middle East Consortium on Infectious Disease Surveillance, which brings together high level Israeli, Jordanian and Palestinian health officials.
