2005 Eliav-Sartawi Awards for Middle Eastern Journalism (sponsored by the Zel Lurie Journalism Fund)

In 2005, Search for Common Ground held its Awards for Middle Eastern journalism, known as the Eliav-Sartawi Award, funded by the Zel Lurie Journalism Fund.

The articles considered for the 2005 Eliav-Sartawi Awards were published between April 1 2004 and April 15th 2005, in a recognized newspaper, magazine or other periodical.

Each article submitted for consideration was reviewed by a distinguished international panel of judges including prominent journalists and past awardees. Each winner will receive a monetary award of one thousand euros at an Award ceremony that will take place in Brussels on September 22, 2005 at 19:00. The ceremony will be held at the the Hotel de ville de Bruxelles, the prestigious Brussels city town hall. Anyone interested in attending should rsvp to vanessa.lambremont@sfcg.be .
