Jonah Wittkamper was named Director of Search for Common Ground-USA, effective February 25, 2009. In that capacity he oversees the programs conducted in the United States by Search for Common Ground (SFCG). He also directly manages the current projects relating to consensus processes as well as youth and students. Previously he was part of the Obama tech team, where he helped build the text messaging technology used by the campaign. Prior, in 2000, Jonah co-founded the Global Youth Action Network (GYAN) to strengthen youth participation in global decision-making. As the organization grew it merged with TakingITGlobal.org to form the largest site on the Internet dedicated to empowering young leaders. Jonah has also helped to develop global networks of young philanthropists, inspiring new charitable activity from wealthy families. Earlier in his career, Jonah led an award winning student computing organization, founded two internet startups, and created a corporate social responsibility initiative in one of the world's largest corporations. He has served as a co-founder, board member, or advisor to a number of organizations including Pioneers of Change, the ManyOne Foundation, the L. A. Jonas Foundation, the Shift Foundation, WISE (Wealthy Individuals - Social Entrepreneurs), and many others.

Jeanné Isler joined SFCG in November 2010 as the Project Director for Search for Common Ground on Race. Her responsibilities include directing the national initiatives of the One America Project, including Congressional Conversations on Race. In previous positions Jeanné has worked with a variety of groups and organizations. Most recently she worked with the US military community to promote an assistance program for service members and their families, as well as to build community capacity among civilian and government organizations who are interested in supporting military families. In the past she has worked at a community mediation center, where she directed a peer mediation and conflict resolution skills training program for youth. Her other work experience includes community organizing and working for the United Way. Jeanné holds a M.A. degree in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University Midwest. She has employed her facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution training skills in independent consulting projects for various organizations, including universities, not-for-profit organizations, and government. Some of her past projects include designing race dialogues, training on cross-cultural communication skills, and facilitating multi-lingual forums and meetings.
