Bike Riders Association Case Study Key Findings
Since the end of the war in 2002, many ex-combatants have sustained a livelihood by transporting people on motorbikes. Riders have since banded together to form the Bike Riders Association (BRA). However, these riders do not have the requisite papers to be on the road (Licenses, registration etc). They claim that since the government is not able to provide jobs the government should not block them from taking their own initiative. [more]
