SFCG and DCOF propose that the Network be open to any person, organization or agency committed to helping prevent the use of children in armed conflict, alleviating the disastrous effects of armed conflict on children, and promoting the potential of young people to participate actively in societal peace-building and conflict resolution. However, the conveners will make special efforts to invite participants from a range of relevant sectors.
