SFCG is pleased to present THE TEAM, a new television series, premiering in Côte d’Ivoire on July 5th at 12:20pm on Radio Télédiffusion Ivoirienne (RTI)!  

The show will air nationally every Sunday on RTI at 12:20pm, as well as on ONUCI FM radio every Wednesday at 10:45 AM with re-broadcasts every Sunday at 3:45 PM. The series was produced by JNB Productions and Search for Common Ground in an effort to contribute to greater social cohesion and reconciliation efforts in Côte d’Ivoire in its post-conflict phase.  Using powerful drama and an engaging storytelling format, The Team tells the story of a new Ivoirian soccer/football club made up of different ethnic and tribal groups.  Through the themes of ethnic strife, poverty, governance, education and disease, the show follows the team members as they learn that their success depends on their ability to overcome their differences and individual struggles for the greater good of the team.
