Meet Jay and Jennifer Wood

Jay and I have been members of the Leadership Circle since the day in 2004 when we heard about the important work Search carries out all over the world. We embarked on an investors trip to Sierra Leone concerned that we might find despair and hopelessness. Instead, we experienced a country that is using SFCG's peace-building tools to recover from its brutal civil war and witnessed people who are empowered, engaged and enthusiastic to build a vibrant democracy. We returned to the United States inspired by what we had seen and are now active in the San Francisco Bay area as Common Ground advocates. I continue to spread the intention of transforming the way the world deals with conflict in all aspects of life, from the personal level to the international level.
